Q:  If I sign up for this program, what is my commitment?

A:  We request that clients sign up for at least a 12-month commitment to allow us to allocate the appropriate resources to your account.  However, for all contracts, we allow a 60-day No Hassle-Money Back Guarantee to allow you to test the waters RISK FREE!  We offer this because of our strong belief in sound business practices and we’ve found that once a business experiences the benefits of Network SafeGuard™, they don’t cancel.

How long will Network SafeGuard™ take to fix my problem?
 
A:  At Network SafeGuard™ we Guarantee that that your call (or ticket) for help will be answered by a live person whom will have a qualified technician working to resolve your problem within 60 minutes or less during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, excluding holidays). As for emergency responses outside of our regular business hours, responses vary according to what type of client you are: Standard, <24 hours; Pro, <8 hours; and Unlimited, <2 hours.
 


Q:  
Will you guarantee that I won’t have any technical problems or downtime?
 
A:  No, we cannot guarantee that you will never have any technical problems or downtime; no one can.  However, we will guarantee you will see a significant drop in the number of problems you experience and a dramatic improvement in the speed, performance, and reliability of your system.  In addition, if you are a Pro or Unlimited Client, we will resolve computer network problems without billing you additional fees.


 
 
Q:  Are new hardware and software installation costs covered under this agreement?
 
A:  Yes, if you sign up for the Unlimited Service.  If you are a Standard or Pro Client, you will receive a discount on our rates for installing and configuring new hardware and software.  Note: The costs of the hardware and software are NOT included.  However, if you are an Unlimited client, we will act on your behalf to research, recommend, and purchase new hardware and software at no additional cost.

 

Q:  
If I already have in-house IT personnel or staff, will I still benefit from Network SafeGuard™?
 
A:  Yes, we can seamlessly integrate into your current network administration support and provide them with a customized Network SafeGuard™ administrator agent which allows them to carry out many of the time-saving, features and benefits of our offering. On the other hand, Network SafeGuard™ can allow your current support staff or personnel to retain focus on your business activities as we take care of your IT needs. Let Network SafeGuard™ provide you better recruitment and retention of key personnel.
